We built NorthStar because we needed it.

NorthStar Parenting was founded by parents who spent years in the weeds — sleep-deprived, overwhelmed, and underwhelmed by advice that felt designed for someone else's family.

We spent seven years researching pediatric sleep, child development, and attachment theory. Then we field-tested everything — on our own kids, with our own chaotic routines, in our real-life homes.

Our guides are reviewed by pediatric sleep specialists and developmental psychologists. But more importantly: they're tested by actual tired parents.

We believe good parenting isn't about having all the answers. It's about having the right tools — and the confidence to use them.
